Affinity Realty is an independently and locally owned real estate brokerage. Our office is conveniently located next the Peddler’s Village Shopping Center on RT. 24 between Lewes and Long Neck. This location allows us to provide excellent service to our customers in the Greater Long Neck Area including Angola, Oak Orchard, and Riverdale, and the Coastal Sussex towns of Lewes, Milton, and Rehoboth Beach. We opened in 2004, and though we are young, our agents are very experienced. Most are native to Sussex County, and offer our customers a lot of local knowledge and experience in this area’s real estate market.
